Brought it so hard at the gym today that I kinda threw up. I should have known better, it was warmer this morning than it has been in a while and I wore BLACK LONG YOGA PANTS. I should have dug for my shorts regardless of if I shaved my legs or not. I made it through 20 minutes of my 30 minute training session and I know the science behind WHY I threw up and LUCKILY I had told my trainer that I was feeling sick so when I sat down again (and I must have been looking pretty sickly) he asked if he should get the bucket and as soon as he brought it over I let lose. So not the best day at the gym, but I was getting a good workout in and then I came home (well to my boyfriend’s parents’ house— I’m house sitting) and I got a nice cold glass of water and took a nice cool shower and I’m feeling better now. Now the challenge is to find something work appropriate that I won’t sweat my ass of in. And I’m not letting this one bad day ruin my week for me either. After my anatomy lecture tomorrow I’m going right back to the gym (with shorts and a tank top this time!)
